Director of Operations and Finance (closed)

We are looking for a Director of Operations and Finance who is experienced in the service industry and has an entrepreneurial spirit. The role requires management of day-to-day financial operations while also finding opportunities for cost-savings and process improvements. The candidate will work closely with the President of IGI North America to establish, implement and maintain policies, procedures and internal controls and support varying business initiatives.

The responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the below:

• Manage all aspects of Company cash-flow; including weekly, monthly, and long-range cash projections
• Manage and oversee core accounting functions, including monthly and quarterly financial close, financial reporting, revenue recognition, inventory accounting, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, etc.
• Put in place relevant performance indicators to drive business
• Work closely with President on forecasting sales, expenses, and impact to financial model
• Analyze and communicate overall financial performance and results of business units to President , HQ and shareholders
• Manage audit requests from CPA firm
• Closely monitor sales and margin recognition on a continuing basis
• Tax compliance and planning
• Ad-Hoc Reporting and Analyses
• Oversee company operations including some administrative tasks as well as managing Operations , supervising Supply Chain, Logistics, & Inventory partners, Forecast inventory plans, Liaise with Vendors, suppliers, and partners
