Job Description: This senior role for a multi-brand, e-commerce disruptor will define what end-to-end customer success looks like, providing strategic leadership to global customer success teams for all of the company’s customers (suppliers as well as end consumers).
Requirements: Experienced leader with proven track record in customer success, either in-house, consultancy or both. Must have experience in the Fashion industry and have managed diverse teams in multiple locations.
