Location: NYC or Los Angeles based
Job Description: In this new role, you will champion the design of the customer service experience and end-to-end customer journey, while influencing the future vision of this rapidly growing international e-commerce disruptor.
Requirements: Must be an experienced service designer, user designer, or customer service program designer from a consultancy or other formal training program. Experience managing and interfacing with diverse international teams is a major plus.
