Title: Global Director of Service Design

Location: New York or Los Angeles

Job Description:  Exciting new role will be integral in this successful but still rapidly evolving E-Comm player’s continued quest for exceptional client service.   As the Director of Service Design, you will spearhead the design of the customer service experience, understanding the end-to-end customer journey and planning its future strategy. You will contribute to the organization’s success by driving customer loyalty, satisfaction, and retention.

Qualifications:  Experienced service designer, user designer, or customer service program designer from a consultancy or other formal training program.   The ideal candidate will have created successful strategies in a hands-on manner while also seeing through their designs’ actual implementation.   Experience with global, cross functional teams is a significant plus as well as an awareness of the Fashion industry.
