Store Director- SoHo

Responsible for overall leadership of emerging lifestyle brand’s SoHo boutique.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales: Motivate and develop team to ensure brand standards met, selling ceremony developed and adhered to and, ultimately, sales targets achieved by team. Identify opportunities to develop and nurture client relationships. Focus on achievement of key KPIs.

Customer Service: Create culture of service excellence, coaching and developing team to embody client-centric culture

Talent: Establish and maintain team morale and teamwork-focused environment. Review staff performance regularly; retain and develop high potential team members

Leadership & Culture

  • Reports to VP of DTC for brand
  • Highly entrepreneurial environment where this leader can have a “voice” in the development of the brand’s retail structure
  • Visible to company leadership and creative director

Qualifications

  • Results-oriented leader who can articulate and replicate past successes
  • Must have overseen a sizeable luxury retail boutique in the NY market
  • Luxury RTW experience a must
  • Problem solver who can bring creative solutions to the table for evolving business

Salary Range: 120-$165K plus bonus
