Director, Customer Operations
LA Based Fashion Retailer in need of a Director of Customer Operations that will direct and oversee order management, EDI processing, wholesale Customer Service and allocations within their corporate warehouse.
Responsibilities
• Direct all functions of wholesale Customer Service, Allocations, Order Management, and EDI Processing.
• Develop departmental standards of operation; direct reporting strategies to monitor order fulfillment.
• Focus on improving processes, inventory analysis, expanding systemic automation.
• Strategically lead and develop team to enhance performance by setting clear accountable performance measures
• Work with internal partners to troubleshoot and resolve operational and inventory issues for specialty, dropship, department stores and direct ship orders
• Ensure that all open orders are shipped out on the scheduled ship date and prior to the cancel date
• Handle any customer inquiries that cannot be resolved by CS Rep
• Provide daily, weekly and monthly sales and shipment reports Oversee off Price Customer Order maintenance – TJ Maxx, Nordstrom Rack, Off Fifth
• Monitor monthly open order to ensure on time shipping – targeting all orders shipped within 48 hours of start ship.
• Provides accurate, effective, and timely communication with all business partners to communicate resolution and/or plan of action
