Director of E-Commerce
NYC based Multi-Brand Luxury RTW and Accessories team in need of a Director of E-Commerce to oversee all functions of the brand.com business leading efforts in Digital Marketing, Omni-Channel CRM & Creative. Cross-Functional role working with Founder-led reports with a hip-vibe and strategic growth plan.

- Responsible for overall .com site, customer experience, and performance across all devices.
- Lead cross-functional team of 5 direct reports (Associate Art Director, E-Commerce Manager, E-Commerce Operations Coordinator, E-Commerce Assistant, Graphic Design Assistant) to execute day-to-day responsibilities including product upload and merchandising, site maintenance, analytics, fulfillment and omnichannel marketing.
- Track key site performance indicators to inform overall business strategy and tactics (Traffic breakdown, AOV, UPT, Conversion Rate, Customer Lifetime Value, etc.)
- Own sales plan and deliver daily/monthly/annual reporting.
- Oversee all stages of the fulfillment and returns process, ensuring luxury customer service at all stages of the customer’s journey on and offline.
- Set project roadmap, identify areas for savings and growth, and ensure ROI on all initiatives.
- Monitor competitive landscape and research industry trends and best practices to maintain optimized and competitive digital experiences.
- Cross-Functional partnership with retail teams to execute omni-channel initiatives and collaborate on events.
- Liaise with buying department on merchandising and promotional/marketing strategy.
