LA based Luxury Women’s Fashion and Accessories brand in need of an E-Commerce Manager who will have an important role in the continued growth of the .com business. Ideal candidate will have a strong background in campaign planning, merchandising, website management, inventory and management. Also, will possess extensive experience working cross-functionally and collaboratively with other departments in a fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Leverage product sales trends and website metrics to inform seasonal and monthly merchandising decisions (on the homepage, landing pages, and product pages), as well as product-specific promotions.
  • Develop monthly content and marketing plans for ecommerce working in conjunction with the Marketing and Creative Teams
  • Optimize engagement and conversion of website searches. Ensure all website searches return the most relevant product results.
  • Manage product content – images, upsells, descriptions, prices
  • Work with production to track product development from design to warehouse
  • Train customer service team on new product deliveries
  • Work with operations team to ensure products are being shipped by our communicated SLA’s
  • Supervise quality and performance of operations functions (performed by the eCommerce Coordinator/Specialist).
  • Assist in the development and growth of the eCommerce Coordinator.
  • Assist with the planning and execution of initiatives intended to sell excess inventory through digital channels, without cannibalizing current and future channel sales.
