Growth Analyst Manager
Emerging Multi-Generational Clean Beauty Brand, looking to fill a NEW postion on revenue team, Growth Analyst/Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze growth and marketing data sets to identify trends and unique insights that will optimize the Performance Marketing & Acquisition program.
- Deliver recurring reports with insights on business performance across sales channels
- Create and maintain dashboards and visualizations using R, Google Analytics, and other tools to streamline reporting across the growth team and make it easy for stakeholders to get a key view into all metrics
- Collaborate with the Senior Director of Digital on a regular cadence to develop and revise monthly, quarterly, and annual projections against core business metrics
- Analyze customer journey data to identify key indicators of intent and areas of friction
- Work with the Senior Director of Digital to deepen Evereden’s understanding of usera cquisition and customer retention, to improve performance at the product and channel level
- Ensure data flows accurately into the relevant systems
- Influence change by presenting product/business insights and recommendations to a variety of levels within the organization, including executives.
- Partner with Marketing and Growth to align work to business needs, collaborate with other functions such as Operations and CX to help solve problems
- Work across the org to build lasting data modeling solutions to enable self-serve reporting
- Lead and own performance of Evereden’s Amazon channel
