Head of E-Commerce

NYC based opportunity for a Head of E-Commerce, responsible for leading and managing brand US E-Commerce channel, to develop and execute the E-Commerce strategy and growth plan, including Site Merchandising, Site Marketing, Analytics, Experimentation and Operations with fast growing DTC start-up Active, Intimates and Loungewear brand.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and develop brand US E-Commerce team with a strategic long-term outlook.
  • Develop and design brand E-Commerce strategy.
  • Own the E-Commerce business through P&L management, creating and delivering sales plans.
  • Responsible for daily E-commerce operations including, online merchandising, operations, promotion, and content execution.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop plans and track marketing calendars and budgets.
  • Establishes and determines key objectives and KPIs for conversion rate optimization through site journeys, site experience enhancements, photography, digital merchandising, and consumer satisfaction.
  • Direct the site roadmap to achieve brand and revenue goals through internal partnerships (i.e. CRM, marketing, creative), and rooted in analytics, user testing and strategic integrations to bring the best consumer-centric experience to life.
  • Support the definition and lead the execution of the content and promotional site strategy to balance brand and commercial needs.

Qualifications:
– At least 5 years of management experience in DTC consumer brands (fashion, well-being, sports, lifestyle etc.) in US
– Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
– Entrepreneurial and self-motivated
– Strong analytical and quantitative skills
– Strong interpersonal skills
– Native English speaker, fluent in Chinese
