HR Compensation Analyst, the Americas
Iconic Luxury Fashion and Accessoris house, in need of an NYC based HR Compensation & Benefits Manager, the Americas supporting the compensation function of the US, Canada and Mexico and has a heavy emphasis on payroll forecasting, t&e forecasting, analysis of variances and compensation scenario creation as well as HR reporting and HRIS management.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare for R1, R2 and Budget process. This person will be responsible for the creation and management of these revisions. Responsible to create forecast for LLC and Canada and support as needed on USD and Mexico. This person will work closely with Accounting & Finance and the Planning team to gather sales figures to project payroll costs.
- Partner with Manger of Comp and Ben and Global Director of Comp and Ben to ensure usage of tool / excel file is up to date. Completion of payroll bridge for Finance.
- Ensure payroll bridges are clear and “tells a story” = aka Gap Analysis. Keep the Americas Staff Costs summary file updated accordingly.
- Provide compensation snapshots to department heads as necessary as it pertains to general reviews of teams, new headcount or new structural changes within their departments
- Master ownership of master comp file as internal tool for our HR department
- Responsible for HR Turnover Summary, Presentation and Analysis – partnering with HR Associate to obtain exit interview feedback as it pertains to recommendations
- Ad-hoc compensation modeling related to changes in compensation design.
- Partner with Retail teams and Finance to assist with new store proposals (SOP). Ensure you speak with VP Retail West/East to ensure staff size reflects store hours, size of business, etc
- T&E Management for HR department – create budget, manage it, highlight concerns. Gather feedback in advance of revision processes to ensure most accurate forecasting.
- Owner of Global HRIS system – data audit/ensure data integrity for the Americas. Propose improvement to existing report.
