HYBRID/REMOTE- LA BASED
The Social Media and Influencer Marketing Manager is responsible for managing the execution of social media and influencer campaigns to support the growth and awareness of brand. This position will post daily on brand organic social accounts, respond to customer feedback, plan influencer initiatives, manage timelines and budgets, organize briefs, and help ensure overall campaign success.

Examples of Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Work alongside the Director of Digital Marketing and Senior Director of Marketing/PR to lead the direction and execution of US social media content and influencer marketing campaigns
  • Create engaging social content across core social media channels driving sales, and promoting quality community growth
  • Test into new social channels such as TikTok, Snapchat, etc.
  • Partner with Marketing to develop and implement a strategic calendar that showcases key products, launches, partnerships, events and corporate initiatives
  • Lead community management to engage, grow, and support our customer community
  • Closely monitor channel KPI results against targets to manage budget and resources effectively, and optimize content and campaigns
  • Craft innovative/advantageous partnerships with social media influencers & content creators who can drive orders, spread positive word of mouth, and increase overall brand reach
  • Draft campaign project briefs, creative briefs, and influencer contracts
  • Support management of influencers to ensure all products are shipped, deliverables are met, content is delivered, ensure campaign and messaging are executed correctly and on time, and optimize strategy when necessary
  • Stay up to date with industry emerging trends, influencers, creators, and partners across platforms to make compelling and engaging influencer content
  • Manage, optimize and maintain a strong influencer database portal, as well as oversee influencer teams to meet monthly KPIs and quarterly KPIs for global projects
