Store Manager – Madison Ave
Store Manager for heritage fine and high jewelry brand: act as ambassador for brand and role model for team while overseeing initiatives to drive sales and client engagement. Motivate team members to meet assigned sales targets and KPIs, develop strong VIP relationships and actively outreach to nurture and develop new clients, maximize company branding and marketing initiatives, including CRM gifting programs. Ensure highest standards of inventory accuracy and operational excellence.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 7-10 years of boutique management experience in freestanding luxe setting
- Proven track record in sales generation, managing the achievement of sales goals.
- Jewelry experience strongly preferred, Luxury experience essential
- Proven ability to develop new opportunities and maintain client relationships while ensuring brand recognition and penetration in market.
- Technologically savvy to utilize all tools available to maximize efficiency

Salary Range: $165-$175 Base plus commissions
