Talent Acquisition Manager
NYC based luxury fashion house NOW HIRING for a Talent Acquisition Manager overseeing all full life-cycle recruitment for Retail roles, with a focus on retail recruitment while building strong relationships with Regionals, Boutique Managers and Corporate Partners.
Responsibilities:
- Identify/anticipate the recruitment needs in each market and ensure an efficient and qualitative recruitment process
- Identify strong retail talents in each market; from sales associate positions in key markets to Boutique Managers
- Develop a “retail network” of contacts
- Mystery shopping – visit the local markets and acquire a deep knowledge of each market specificity and needs.
- Ensure Talent Experience is in line with Luxury Standards
- Ensure a qualitative recruitment validation process: phone or in person interviews of each candidate, coordination of interviews, reference check, extension of offers and follow-up to candidates
- Talent Management in partnership with Talent Acquisition and Management Director
- Anticipate succession planning needs and internal mobilities
- Ensure that recruitment standards are adhered to and positions are filled quickly and with strong talent
