NYC based luxury fashion house NOW HIRING for a Talent Acquisition Manager overseeing all full life-cycle recruitment for Retail roles, with a focus on retail recruitment while building strong relationships with Regionals, Boutique Managers and Corporate Partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify/anticipate the recruitment needs in each market and ensure an efficient and qualitative recruitment process
  • Identify strong retail talents in each market; from sales associate positions in key markets to Boutique Managers
  • Develop a “retail network” of contacts
  • Mystery shopping – visit the local markets and acquire a deep knowledge of each market specificity and needs.
  • Ensure Talent Experience is in line with Luxury Standards
  • Ensure a qualitative recruitment validation process: phone or in person interviews of each candidate, coordination of interviews, reference check, extension of offers and follow-up to candidates
  • Talent Management in partnership with Talent Acquisition and Management Director
  • Anticipate succession planning needs and internal mobilities
  • Ensure that recruitment standards are adhered to and positions are filled quickly and with strong talent
