Training Manager-Canada
The CANADA Training Manager is responsible for training and coaching the Retail Teams on the brand selling ceremony, product and client development to support the achievement of commercial goals.
Responsibilities:
▪ Develop & facilitate Training Programs in the Retail Network including brand culture, product knowledge, selling ceremony, client development and employee induction, etc.
▪ Evaluate training and development needs of Retail Network on an ongoing basis and provide regular follow-up to retail teams and corporate departments
▪ Evaluate existing training programs, partner with the training team to revise or create new training programs based on business needs
▪ Partner with Regionals, Merchandising, Visual, Events, CRM, and PR teams to develop product training on a seasonal basis
▪ Provide recaps on training recaps to Training and Retail Leadership Teams
▪ Communicate with Retail Leadership to evaluate training level of all employees trained
▪ Partner with Training Manager in worldwide zones to develop programs that are in line with global initiatives
▪ Coordinate and Manage training calendar in support of seasonal launches, events and new store openings
