Women’s Lifestyle and Activewear brand in need of an HR Manager to support the rapid growth of our U.S. team. This person will provide strategic and tactical expertise to enhance our HR function, performance, and development in the United States. Remote, US-based.

Responsibilities:

  • All Human Resources overall strategic and organizational planning according to the brand strategy development plan.
  • Employer branding and talent acquisition activities to set up the American team.
  • Set up company employee handbook for United States and proactively communicate related policies, processes, and practices with employees.
  • Handle routine HR operations in compliance way to provide an efficient and effective HR service, including but not limited in employee life-cycle process, payroll process, attendance, and PTO management, etc.
  • Employee performance management and talent development system to meet business and organization needs in United States.
  • Analyze training needs and support learning solutions for employees.
  • Participate in building an engaging corporate culture include planning and execution of company events.
  • Assist with planning and roll-out of HR programs from headquarter and locally.
  • Handle employee relationship cases with following local labor law.
  • Managing for overall administrative affairs (office leasing, general service, internal purchase, travel…).

Qualifications:

Fluent in Mandarin preferred
At least 5+ years of HR experience as Generalist, Business Partner, Advisor level (retail industry background preferred).

Strong knowledge in HR policy, laws and compliance, and experience in employee relations.
Entrepreneurial and self-motivated, previous experience in fast paced environment is an advantage.
Outstanding oral and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal skills and collaborative work style.
Bachelor’s degree in human resources or in related field preferred.

Salary range- Base $100,000-$120,000 plus bonus
