VP of Marketing develops and executes brand marketing plans across the marketing mix to maximise sales in line with the brand values and objectives. You’ll be responsible for the launch of brand in US and building the brand across all sales channels (retail, whs and e-comm).
This role will contribute to the growth of our global business by assuring the best marketing plan and promotional tools in order to reach sales and brand KPI’s targets.
Position is based in NYC with a HYBRID work option and generous PTO & Benefit offering.

Responsibilities:

  • You will lead the business from the marketing perspective and build the brand via high impact 360 campaigns via all sales channels
  • Develop Marketing Partnerships to generate trial & raise brand awareness (media & brand partnerships and b2b deals)
  • Marketing campaign (Media, PR, social, POS) and Promotional plan (GWP, implement Sampling strategy, Local activation) execution for all sales channels (retail, wholesale and online)
  • PR events (new openings and new launches), PR coverage (clippings); Recruit and manage the PR agency and optimise media relations to raise brand awareness
  • Social media visibility and online reputation; Develop & manage influencers & ambassadors
  • Retail marketing to generate traffic and raise ATV; Guard and rollout marketing plan across own stores and WHS partners (both on- and offline)

Salary Range: Base 160-170K plus bonus
