Reporting to the Director of Retail, the West Coast District/Area Manager is responsible for strategically analyzing and maximizing business opportunities within their region ensuring their teams achieve all business goals and KPI’s.
The West Coast District/Area Manager will ensure all teams within their region comply and adhere to policies and procedures and align to the overall company strategy. They will address challenges such sales, store presentation, leadership issues, and staff management while leading and inspiring a consumer centric culture by recognizing and reward teams.
Travel up to 75% to provide support and field presence. Can be TX or LA Based.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive and maximize sales performance by motivating and supporting the store management teams
  • Monitor and analyze business trends across all stores within the region
  • Develop plans to maximize sales and meet or exceed goals within the district for all KPIs including sales, payroll, expense control, and store contribution
  • Continuously look for growth opportunities both with existing stores and new store openings
  • Ensure customer service standards are upheld consistently across all stores in the region
  • Develop retail team members at the Store Manager, Assistant Manager, Key Holder, and Sales Associate levels
  • Recruit, hire, and train top Store Managers that can deliver results through effectively and independently managing all aspects of the business
  • Act as a partner between the sales team, sales leadership, and corporate business partners
  • Collaborate with corporate leadership on new product training, operational training, and service trainings
