• Lead and execute the overall brand and marketing strategy for a high-growth luxury resale business, driving revenue, brand awareness, and customer acquisition across retail, ecommerce, and wholesale channels.
• Spearhead a comprehensive brand rebrand initiative, overseeing PR strategy, influencer partnerships, paid media, SEO/SEM, and omni-channel marketing campaigns.
• Develop and manage annual and seasonal marketing plans, oversee marketing budget and P&L, and institute KPIs to measure campaign performance and ROI.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with executive leadership, sales (retail, ecommerce, wholesale), IT, Finance, and CRM teams to ensure alignment and measurable impact.
• Build and mentor a marketing team while managing external agency relationships, including PR and paid media partners.
Top Skills Required:
• Strategic brand leadership in a high-growth DTC retail or ecommerce environment (luxury preferred)

This is an established and rapidly growing luxury resale company with a strong digital presence and a loyal global customer base. The business operates across retail, ecommerce, and wholesale channels and is entering an exciting new phase of brand evolution and digital expansion.
The role is based just outside of NYC and requires five days in office (with potential flexibility for one day). This is a highly collaborative, in-person culture where relationship-building and cross-functional communication are critical to success.
The position may require flexibility around campaigns, partnerships, events, and seasonal initiatives.
