Since 2009, The Bowerman Group has successfully partnered with emerging and established global companies from the worlds of Men’s and Women’s RTW, accessories, watches, jewelry, home furnishings and beauty to consistently hire difference-making talent.

Our firm was founded with the mission of “filling in the white space” we recognized between transactional contingency firms in our niche and the retained power-players. We knew there was room for a more focused, client-centric, process-driven approach.

Our immersive experience within this space situates our team to understand your business needs and the talent that will make the difference as if we’d been part of your team for years. Rob Bowerman started The Bowerman Group in 2009 after having been a successful Executive Recruiter since 1994. He discovered his passion for Search following a career in merchandising and shares his love for the industry with his team, clients, and candidates every day.
