• Lead and grow a high-impact U.S. territory for a globally respected organization within the diamond, gemstone, and jewelry ecosystem
• Serve as a senior, entrepreneurial sales leader responsible for building revenue, relationships, and long-term market presence
• Play a critical role in shaping the next chapter of a growing commercial organization
• Own and execute regional sales strategy with a focus on enterprise-level partnerships
• Build and expand relationships with national retailers, manufacturers, and luxury brands
• Drive new business development while deepening existing key account relationships
• Deep knowledge of the jewelry, diamond, or gemological industry
• Proven success in B2B sales with national or corporate-level buyers
• Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and consultative selling skills
