Job Title: International Account Executive
This new role will lead the expansion of international wholesale business for our client, a luxury home furnishings brand, with an emphasis on growing relationships with retail and interior design partners across Canada, Latin America, and other strategic global markets.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and grow a portfolio of international retail and design accounts, driving revenue growth and long-term partnership development.
• Identify, cultivate, and secure new business opportunities in international markets aligned with the brand’s distribution strategy and positioning.
• Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, customer service, and operations teams to support account success, product launches, and market expansion initiatives.
Skills Required
• International wholesale sales and account management experience.
• Strong experience in, and understanding of, luxury retail, interior design, and premium home furnishings distribution channels.
• Excellent relationship-building, presentation, negotiation, and business development skills.

The company maintains a selective distribution strategy, focusing on expanding its international presence through strategic partnerships with retailers, distributors, and design professionals in key global markets.
This position is based in the New York/New Jersey area with a hybrid work schedule requiring approximately three days per week in the office.
International travel is expected.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of international sales, wholesale account management, or business development experience.
• Experience within luxury home furnishings, textiles, interiors, lifestyle, fashion, or related premium consumer categories strongly preferred.
• Experience working with international distributors, retailers, and design-focused clients.
• Spanish language skills are highly desirable.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Excel, and sales reporting tools.

Base salary up to $135K plus bonus, commensurate with experience.
