A well-established luxury brand is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a high-touch retail environment focused on relationship building, client development, and team leadership.

This position is ideal for a manager who thrives in a clientele-driven business, enjoys developing long-term customer relationships, and has a track record of coaching teams to consistently deliver elevated service standards and strong sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of daily store operations, team performance, and client experience as an on-the-floor, client-centric manager
• Drive revenue growth through relationship selling, clienteling, appointment-based business, and local networking initiatives.
• Recruit, coach, develop, and motivate team while creating accountability around sales goals and service expectations.
• Build meaningful relationships with local clientele, referral sources, and influential community partners.
• Oversee inventory, merchandising, forecasting, and operational processes.
• Maintain a culture centered on client experience, professionalism, and results.

Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of retail management experience, preferably within luxury, premium, or service-driven environments.
• Demonstrated success leading teams and achieving sales goals.
• Strong clienteling and relationship-development capabilities.
• Experience building business through networking, outreach, and community engagement.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
