Therese brings over 16 years of luxury retail experience to The Bowerman Group, combining a deep understanding of the industry with a genuine passion for people, relationships, and connecting exceptional talent with the right opportunities.

Throughout her career, Therese has worked with some of the world’s most recognized luxury brands, building extensive experience in client development, sales, leadership, and the high-touch service that defines the luxury space. Her background also includes wholesale experience with Giorgio Armani, giving her a broader perspective on the business beyond the retail environment.

After spending more than a decade on the brand side, Therese expanded her career into recruiting, where she discovered a natural connection between her industry experience and her ability to understand people, their strengths, and what motivates them professionally. Having experienced the luxury industry firsthand, she brings a uniquely informed and empathetic approach to executive search, understanding both what clients need from their talent and what candidates are looking for in the next chapter of their careers.

Originally from Sweden, Therese now calls Boston home, where she lives with her husband. Outside of work, she has a passion for health, fitness, and wellness and loves maintaining an active lifestyle.
