As our group is working on several manager searches for our luxe clients, it strikes me how we consistently hear of the need for Managers to truly set the tone when it comes to Client Experience in their retail stores. In NYC alone, today we have 10 active projects for well-known global luxury brands to lead retail businesses, both Uptown and Downtown. Each brand has its own nuance and personality that makes it unique- yet so often we hear “cookie cutter” answers from candidates.
