Jenna Clinton

Starting at the age of 10, Jenna would spend many school holidays at the office, listening to both Rob and Joyce connect with candidates in the retail industry. Their inspiring conversations sparked an intense curiosity that led her to pursue her own career in recruiting. You could say it runs in the family!

Following an early retail career, she chased her passion and joined a Fortune 500 recruiting company after graduating from The University of Tampa, eventually finding her home at The Bowerman Group in 2017. Over the years, she has seen the team make a huge impact on her life, just as they have for so many others in the industry. She comes to work every day striving to make a positive difference in the lives of her clients and candidates.

Now, as a mother of two young children, Jenna has an even greater appreciation for the importance of finding the right fit- whether it’s the perfect candidate for a client or the right career opportunity for someone looking to grow. Her favorite part of recruiting is when that “recruiter instinct” kicks in, and she just knows she’s found the one. Seeing those same happy candidates thriving years later is a phenomenal feeling—one that continues to fuel her passion for what she does.
