Role Overview
• Lead and scale a high-performing experiential US retail network, driving operational excellence, profitability, and elevated customer experiences.
• Oversee retail operations, store leadership, and cross-functional partnerships as a strategic business leader with full P&L ownership.
• Develop and execute retail growth strategies, optimize performance, and ensure consistency across CX, VM, and Ops.
• Must have 15+ years of retail leadership experience, including significant experience leading a multi-market experiential retail network.
• Strong background in experiential retail environments required.
• New York City -based, full-time in office, and 50% travel.
