Job Title: Human Resources Manager

The Human Resources Manager will lead day-to-day HR operations for a multi-brand luxury consumer products organization. This role serves as the primary HR resource for employees, managers, retail locations, and warehouse operations while supporting recruiting, payroll, employee relations, and compliance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for retail, warehouse, and corporate positions (primarily US).
  • Manage payroll administration, benefits communication, employee relations, and performance management processes.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, HR policies, and multi-state workforce requirements.

Skills Required

  • Recruiting and talent acquisition expertise.
  • Payroll administration experience (ADP preferred).
  • Employee relations and HR compliance knowledge.
