Referrals……they are truly always appreciated and definitely an important component of our recruiting efforts as those of you who know the referred candidate have an insider’s view into how that person can impact a brand in a positive way. I always want to hear about the person who is NOT necessarily looking but is an industry contact who you hold in high regard. I want to hear about who you consider to be the best in the industry, your best mentor, colleague or perhaps someone you once mentored.
