Rob Bowerman

Rob started The Bowerman Group in 2009 as the next chapter in his journey as a successful executive recruiter.   Having always loved the retail industry, and finding his calling through building a search desk with premium and luxury brands, he knew there was room for a firm that would do things differently.   His mantra is to “take the long view” and focus on relationships and excellent results that build client company and candidate trust.    That has manifested into his boutique firm becoming a leader in its niche and Rob as a trusted partner and confidante in the industry.

Aside from building a supportive, highly functioning team, Rob’s most important and humbling professional accomplishment was being recognized by his industry peers as President of The Pinnacle Society in 2019.  As a leader and member of this premier consortium of industry-leading recruiters in North America, Rob brings shared innovation, best practices and insight from a select group of highly-producing peers to his team, clients and candidates.

When not in recruiter mode, Rob and his wife can be found both on-stage and behind the scenes in their local theater guild, outdoors by the ocean or in the mountains, finding some quality family time or working on their lifelong (and never-ending) project of renovating their 200+ year-old farmhouse.   All the while with a wildly eclectic musical soundtrack not unlike putting an entire Spotify library on shuffle.
